Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Monthly IA scorecard and compensation program;
- Represent PIA with Wealth Partners to enable successful implementation of PWM strategic priorities;
- Streamline delivery of business insights to meet the needs of business / sales leadership team, stakeholders and individual advisors and teams;
- One on One and group training on Performance Reporting and Referral processing for Sales Leaders, Advisors, and their support teams;
- Partner with regional sales leaders to act as a point of contact for escalations;
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc analysis to support emerging business strategies and initiatives.
