Account Manager – Sales Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account Manager – Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize all leads and relationships through CRM software and Microsoft excel;
- Tenaciously follow up and close sales leads;
- Research and think outside the box for new opportunities through your own lead generation initiatives;
- Adapt to your audience to confidently present to managers, sales representative, distributors and brokers;
- Be disciplined and accurate in managing opportunities through your pipeline;
- Identify new sales opportunities by using up-selling and cross-selling techniques;
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on proposals;
- Cold calls/Prospects for new business development (B2B);
- Entering orders;
- Manage and solve conflicts/concerns with clients.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies;
- Good with numbers and calculating margins;
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing (degree/diploma) or relevant experience is preferred;
- 2+ years experience in food and beverage sales;
- Driven and able to work autonomously;
- Excellent command of French and English, verbal and written, Spanish an asset.
