Our company is looking for a Quality Control Technician – Food processing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards;
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, Verify accuracy and completeness of data;
  • Performing various in-line quality control checks;
  • Take samples of products at various stages of processing;
  • Conduct quality audits and assist in the development of quality management and quality assurance standards;
  • Perform data entry and record keeping. Regular filing and document management;
  • Provide assistance in testing and analysis of packaged food products;
  • Check and monitor product quality;
  • Daily review of production records, quality records and training records for accuracy;
  • Operating the laboratory equipment and performing regular maintenance as required;
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications, Grade and label raw materials or finished products;
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education Requirement – High School;
  • Formal Education in related field or 1 year relevant experience will be an asset;
  • Language Requirements – English.
