Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular inspections of warehouse equipment and reporting any issues to management
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, ensuring items are accurately labeled and stored in appropriate locations
  • Preparing orders for shipment by pulling items from storage, packing them securely, and labeling them for transport
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Operating forklifts and other heavy machinery to move and transport materials as needed
  • Tracking inventory levels and notifying management of any discrepancies or shortages
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks and verifying the accuracy of shipments

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures, including receiving, storage, and shipping
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory levels
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
