Our company is looking for a Tool Rental Team Member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies, tactics and business plans in order to increase our market share;
  • Promote best practice research and implementation between stores;
  • Define service standards and implement measure and control tools (sales, margins, costs…);
  • Improve procedures and systems to help the commercial staff to better serve customers;
  • Oversee deliveries and ensure delivery drivers are operating under all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the construction market an important asset;
  • Position requires good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to assess customer requirements and make recommendations;
  • Position requires effective selling skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service;
  • Position requires the ability to be able to read and interpret a blueprint. The ability to prepare material estimates is a value added requirement.
