Our company is looking for a Lead Hand Mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing parts inventory and ensuring that all service and material purchases are in compliance with company procedures;
- Providing leadership to shop employees including assigning maintenance and repair tasks to mechanics, providing daily direction and technical support;
- Completing all documentation associated with maintenance and repairs accurately;
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all staff working in the shop;
- Ensuring that all aspects of service and repair meet the required standards & regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Clean CDL License;
- High School Education;
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills;
- Electrical & hydraulic troubleshooting skills;
- Previous experience in a related industry (transportation, waste management, etc.);
- Experience with Truck / Trailer maintenance;
- Truck and Coach Technician (ON),
