Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a heavy duty mechanic
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy duty equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and software
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in non-ideal conditions, such as extreme temperatures or confined spaces
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Certification or training in heavy duty mechanics would be considered an asset
