Requirements:

  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy duty equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and software
  • Excellent understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in non-ideal conditions, such as extreme temperatures or confined spaces
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Certification or training in heavy duty mechanics would be considered an asset
