  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and other relevant tools and technologies to manage maintenance activities and track performance metrics.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure maintenance operations are completed on schedule and within budget.
