Bilingual Incentives Business Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Bilingual Incentives Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support new Dealers with Incentive system training (via Phone/Skype/WebEx);
- Bilingual support for inquires in Quebecois French;
- Perform incentive program audits and reconciliations;
- Perform system support (such as system upgrade testing) and issue resolution procedures when necessary;
- Respond in a timely fashion to inquiries from Dealers, Regional staff and lender;
- Enter program incentives on a monthly basis through the Incentives system;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Conduct quality control measures on Incentives system to ensure incentives are error-free;
- Process weekly and monthly incentive payments to Dealers.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable communicating findings to key stakeholders in the organization;
- Must have great attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task on multiple projects at once;
- The Incentives Business Analyst reports to the National Manager, Incentives & Remarketing;
- Must have experience with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel;
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university;
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred;
- Must be fully bilingual, English and French languages.
