Requirements:
- Completion of a Personal Support Worker certificate/diploma program
- Experience working with individuals who require support due to disability or age-related limitations
- Ability to provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Reliable and responsible, with the ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting and transferring clients
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
