  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Reliable and responsible, with the ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting and transferring clients
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
