Our company is looking for a Manager, Maintenance & Technical Services to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all Maintenance contracts for all mechanical equipment as assigned;
  • Assist, prepare and control the annual operational budget for the FCP related to maintenance services;
  • Ensure all maintenance rechargeable work-orders and tenant-generated invoices are billed accurately to tenants on a monthly basis;
  • Provide direction and leadership to department team members, including performance management and annual reviews;
  • Ensure that mechanical systems are maintained properly and functioning efficiently around the clock;
  • Research new maintenance technologies and make recommendations on the timing of equipment replacement;
  • Oversee the maintenance services required by the retail tenants and adjust schedules to meet the tenants needs;
  • Implement maintenance strategies, document and resolve all technical maintenance related issues;
  • Oversee the Preventative Maintenance Work Order System, establishing frequencies of service, etc.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience working within a union environment preferred;
  • Strong knowledge in the operation, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, building services, and life safety equipment;
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc;
  • Proficiency with budget management;
  • 5+ years of related job experience with a minimum of 3-5 years managing/leading maintenance staff.
