Our company is looking for a Cardiologist / Internist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability sterilize equipment according to procedures and complete annual Public Health Ontario training for Autoclave users;
- Provide general information to visitors;
- Perform reception tasks in support of the Centre using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Answer telephone calls on a multi-line telephone system;
- Appropriately direct calls in a timely manner;
- To to assist a Urologist in a procedure clinic;
- Greeting and directing visitors.
Requirements:
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check;
- Answer telephone calls on a multi-line telephone system;
- Provide general information to visitors;
- Perform reception tasks in support of the Centre using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Current CNO registration and proof of RNAO or RPNAO Liability Insurance;
- Minimum of two years’ experience working on a busy multi-line switchboard;
- To to assist a Urologist in a procedure clinic;
- Greet and direct visitors;
- Appropriately direct calls in a timely manner;
- Must have the ability sterilize equipment according to procedures and complete annual Public Health Ontario training for Autoclave users;
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and use good judgement;
- Must have excellent communication skills.
