  • Performs all necessary administrative tasks;
  • Welcomes guests with a warm and friendly disposition, making them feel at ease;
  • Handles guests’ complaints immediately;
  • Provides information and general assistance to guests;
  • Manages a variety of financial transactions: cash deposit in guest’s account, credit card transactions and he/she is responsible of a cash float;
