Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pastry chef role
  • In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Ability to create and execute innovative pastry recipes and designs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering of necessary supplies
  • Effective communication skills to work with other kitchen staff and management
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary degree or certificate in pastry arts preferred, but not required.
