Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to read and execute recipes accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Experience working with a wide range of kitchen equipment and tools
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
