Our company is looking for a Shop Hand to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Basic ongoing maintenance / repair of buses;
- Work with shop management to maintain schedules and priorities;
- Complete all documentation associated with equipment repairs;
- Spring and winter maintenance;
- Attend and participate in safety meetings and inspections;
- Perform various other related duties as assigned;
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Requirements:
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Own hand tools considered an asset;
- Diversified will supply training for qualifications that are required or preferred, such as maintenance procedures;
- Heavy equipment repair and diagnoses considered an asset;
- Exposure to working on diesel engines considered an asset;
- Computer proficient;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
