Irrigation Install Team Member Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Irrigation Install Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions;
- This job is for people who don’t mind getting their hands dirty and like to work outside;
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work vehicle;
- Uniform program supplied;
- Travelling in company vehicle to install irrigation systems to service residential and commercial irrigation systems;
- Travelling in company vehicle to service irrigation systems at residential and commercial properties;
- Training and tools provided;
- Full Time seasonal working from approximate April 1 to November 31;
- Training and necessary tools provided;
- Uniform supplied;
- Full Time seasonal working from first of April to the end of November.
Requirements:
- Able & available to work assigned schedule (typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays);
- Must be reliable and possess a positive attitude;
- Required education: High school or equivalent;
- Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision, and at times as part of a team;
- Self motivated and able work alone or in a team environment;
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and other team members;
- Customer service skills;
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and intercompany;
- Customer Centric;
- CIT certification and other relevant certificates are an asset.
