Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid license to practice as a Registered Early Childhood Educator
  • Experience working with children aged 0-6 years in a licensed childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development, learning styles, and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Ability to plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities and programs for children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with parents, children, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and follow all health and safety regulations
