Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • - Proven experience in designing and developing effective instructional materials
  • - Knowledge of instructional design theories, models, and methodologies
  • - Proficiency in instructional design software tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
  • - Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and impactful learning experiences
  • - Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
