Our company is looking for a Service Advisor Truro to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Directed by sales, arranges the re-conditioning of used equipment and set-up of new equipment;
- Provide exceptional customer service fielding internal and external customer inquiries;
- Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders;
- Follows Green Diamond RO Process;
- Assist in the continuing the development of standardized job pricing(SJP) and processes that maximize service profitability;
- Perform other duties and functions as directed by Management in line with objectives of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Good computer skills with the ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions;
- Ability to speak effectively one on one or before groups of customers or employees of the organization;
- Must have outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication and customer service skills;
- Experience working in a service department;
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices and office procedures;
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred;
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
