Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain electrical control systems, including motor control centers, programmable logic controllers, and human-machine interfaces
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and following lockout/tagout procedures
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring and electrical equipment
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as mechanics and engineers, to complete projects
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, motors, and transformers.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and systems.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work.
  • Experience with electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
