Our company is looking for a Glass Installation Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards;
- Take an active role in the selection and training of new team members in job duties and safety procedures;
- Perform calculations for material and supply requirements, requisition materials;
- Coordinate project labor requirements and prepare work schedules;
- Supervise and coordinate all daily activities of the installation crew on site;
- Manage all installation administration activities, including timekeeping, material and equipment use and safety reporting;
- Analyze and resolve work-related issues;
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role;
- Solid understanding of installation techniques, safety and productivity;
- Completion of secondary School;
- Weekend and evening availability, as well as overtime, may be required;
- strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
