Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage a team of workers effectively
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, and knowledge of construction materials and techniques
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on the job site
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions and in physically demanding environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
