Technical Solution Architect Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Technical Solution Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical point of contact for DV new clients;
- Provide customers with technical information and guidance during / after the installation and before the handoff to Support.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (ex. IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) (Wired and Wireless);
- Aruba ACMA or higher;
- Proven hands-on network design, analysis and deployment of wireless networks;
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools;
- Aruba and Cisco knowledge is a plus Cisco CCNA (wired and wireless) or higher.
