Our company is looking for a Technical Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the product exhibits all necessary non-functional characteristics needed to deliver an outstanding user experience;
  • Continuously discover solutions for solving user problems;
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in testing, documentation, instrumentation, etc;
  • Facilitate and guide architecture and design discussions, ensuring scale appropriate decisions;
  • Conduct formal and informal coaching sessions with software engineering team members;
  • Work within an agile framework to iteratively architect and deliver product features;
  • Establish a firm understanding of the product offering, its’ market and user base;
  • Assess feasibility of discovered solutions from a technical standpoint;
  • Act as a role model in development practices by setting an example through your own code.

Requirements:

  • CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CISSP preferred;
  • Expert in detail and time management;
  • ESB /MQ Integration with legacy components;
  • Policy and Procedures authoring and library/versioning management;
  • Managing regular compliance reviews/Performing regular exception and remediation plans reviews;
  • Enterprise accounts and claims software such as Guideware;
  • WMQ clustering and multi-instance message broker;
  • Evidence collection, management and evaluation;
  • WebSphere MQ;
  • Managing ISO audits to successful completion, specifically large scale ISO 27001 audit management and controls execution;
  • Ability to work in matrix, team based organization;
  • Ability to work with Global, regional and local teams – strong relationship builder and influencer;
  • Proven experience with enterprise messaging such as IBM MQ/ESB;
  • Experience working with java virtual machine platform,application delivery or administration;
  • Knowledge of other security frameworks and evaluation – SOC, Cloud security, etc.
