Our company is looking for a Senior Online Services Programmer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Uses online deployment platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;
- Work closely with the BBI teams on server development and deployment;
- Have a strong understanding of database design and performance optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience with server development and deployment at Internet scale, ideally in the games industry;
- Experience with Unity 3D, Unreal, or other similar full-featured game development platform;
- FPS development experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Console development experience;
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, including verbal and written skills;
- Interest in innovative sci-fi experiences;
- 5+ years of proven development with multiple shipped commercial products or services;
- Strong understanding of C# and / or C++.Intimate familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Go, or other similar server scripting language;
- Experience shipping AAA games or online services;
- Demonstrated passion for games and technology;
- Able to self direct and proven ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
