Senior Data Strategist/Architect Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Data Strategist/Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet the existing product team to develop an understanding of the existing platform;
- Design and develop a logical data model and worked examples;
- Product the metadata file/data dictionary for the data model that can be handed over to the client;
- Meet the stakeholder to establish the various business requirements, then work with key stakeholder to prioritize the requirements;
- Create a roadmap for moving the existing data to the new data model.
Requirements:
- Should have an understanding of risk/finance data model;
- Should have experience in data modeling for trade, position, and reference data model;
- Knowledge or exposure to regulatory programs is a plus;
- Should be familiarity with data modeling tool like ERWIN;
- Should have an understanding of Cassandra/Datastax.
