Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
- Assist the product owner with product backlog management
- Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Remove impediments that prevent the Scrum team from achieving its goals
- Foster collaboration between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders
- Track and communicate team metrics such as sprint progress, velocity, and burn-down charts
- Continuously improve the Scrum team's efficiency and effectiveness through feedback and adaptation
Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
- Proven experience in coaching and guiding development teams to improve their Agile practices, productivity, and collaboration
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management
- Ability to identify and remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team's successful delivery of Sprint goals
- Experience in tracking and reporting Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance
