Responsibilities:
- Planning all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, emails, social media, & campaigns;
- Developing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials and advertising materials;
- Managing and designing marketing promotions and campaigns to develop brand awareness;
- Monitoring brand reputation through social media and google analytics;
- Coordinating logistics and marketing collateral for conferences and trade shows;
- Designing social media strategy to align with the company goals;
- Generating, editing, and publishing engaging contents to blogs, press releases, social media and websites to attract traffic;
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on newly developed products and services;
- Staying current with new technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications;
- Overseeing social media accounts, press releases, and blogs;
- Recommending changes to website content, linking and other factors to improve customer experience and ensure brand consistency;
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitors data and emerging technologies to launch new products;
- Overseeing a small team.
Requirements:
- Experience utilizing Google Analytics, social analytics, and social media channels;
- Experience in digital marketing, online promotions and campaigns;
- 2+ years of experience overseeing a Marketing Department;
- Knowledge of content marketing principles and SEO/SEM;
- Degree in marketing, communications or similar field preferred;
- Project management experience.
