Front End Developer -Team Lead Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Front End Developer -Team Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for your team’s sprint board and resource allocation;
- Provide technical advice and make decisions;
- Be involved in the UX design critiques and provide feedback regarding technical feasibility;
- Groom the stories with the development team and add story point estimates;
- Work with the SDM to understand the roadmap and priorities;
- Conduct retrospectives, unblock the team from issues flagged in standup;
- Manage releases across various projects;
- Plan team building events and activities for the team;
- Break features into more atomic stories and create a plan of approach;
- Have 6 direct reports (conduct one-on-ones with them, set OKRs, etc).
