Our company is looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities;
  • Navigate churn indicators and leverage Customer Satisfaction results to engage additional resources as needed;
  • Ensure that all assigned accounts are engaged with meaningful communication that adds value to the Customer’s experience;
  • Promote and drive platform adoption by collaborating with Customers on the creation of measurable goals aligned with their objectives;
  • Work closely with our Product Support, Implementation and Retention Teams to ensure Customer success after their first 90 days;
  • Maintenance of CSM business unit reporting tools, dashboards and reports (via EcoForce, ClicData, Excel);
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure tools support operational requirements;
  • Data analysis and presentation preparation;
  • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere;
  • Create models to answer the business questions; validate and understand the conclusions.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is an asset;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with Account Management or Sales is an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to articulate information and action plans to all levels;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously and engage in problem solving;
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment;
  • Completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Technology related field.
