Our company is looking for a CRM Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in execution of seasonal programs/campaigns including versioning and coding;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates and other aspects of execution;
  • Assist in improving and documenting CRM processes and email/app best practices;
  • Support the CRM Lead by providing recommendations on program innovation including A/B testing, new campaigns/programs, etc;
  • Exercise your skills in project management, HTML/CSS, and Adobe Photoshop/XD to drive the tactical implementation of the CRM program;
  • Setup and manage push notifications, in-app messaging, email communications and other CRM-related communications;
  • Review, proofread, and refine copy to adhere to brand standards, maintain best practices, and ensure the communication is correct and error-free;
  • Consolidate information from various sources to maintain calendars and status documents that keep stakeholders informed about CRM communications;
  • Monitor results to ensure they are tracking against business goals, raising the flag to the CRM Lead as needed;
  • Localize and version HTML files for supported countries and languages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications;
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and ability to apply insights to marketing campaigns;
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn UX design for email, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD;
