Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, management, organization, planning and communication skills;
- Ability to travel to customer sites;
- Team player that thrives in both group and individual projects and is able to work with minimal supervision and direction;
- Proficiency with the OMG BPMN, CMMN and DMN specifications is an asset;
- Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment, meet aggressive deadlines and manage simultaneous activities;
- Experience in modeling and automating workflows, cases and decisions;
- A solid technical expertise (background in computer science).
