Our company is looking for a Assistant Team-Leader – Claims Assistance to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Leader by managing workload priorities in collaboration with workforce management;
  • Support the Team Leaders by handling day to day team efficiency;
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements and take action as required in order to ensure they are met;
  • Support CSR’s though punctual technical coaching and continuous training.

Requirements:

  • An excellent knowledge of managerial principles, customer contact center metrics and Non-Medical claims and inquiries;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products;
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask;
  • 3 years of experience in related field;
  • Results driven;
  • Leadership qualities and motivational abilities;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French – verbal and written;
  • Exemplary customer service skills;
  • College diploma or higher.
