Our company is looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Client meeting preparation of documents;
- Responding to all client service enquiries, as well as those from client’s other professional partners;
- Working in a team environment to ensure best practices and balanced workflow;
- Executing transactions as requested by clients;
- The completion of post-meeting commitments, such as the execution of investment trades;
- Tracking information for Advisor’s business plan;
- Direct administrative support to a Wealth Management Advisor or Advisors.
Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to take initiative, ownership of outcomes and a pro-active approach to work;
- Desire to pursue knowledge & growth. Excited to pursue securities and insurance licenses;
- Proven experience as a high performer with high attention to detail;
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Word;
- Completion of CSC considered an asset;
- Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity;
- Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills;
- Post Secondary degree/diploma or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible work experience;
- Understands and recognizes priorities, deadlines and has a sense of urgency;
- Desire to grow and to expand capabilities and responsibilities.
