Our company is looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client meeting preparation of documents;
  • Responding to all client service enquiries, as well as those from client’s other professional partners;
  • Working in a team environment to ensure best practices and balanced workflow;
  • Executing transactions as requested by clients;
  • The completion of post-meeting commitments, such as the execution of investment trades;
  • Tracking information for Advisor’s business plan;
  • Direct administrative support to a Wealth Management Advisor or Advisors.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership of outcomes and a pro-active approach to work;
  • Desire to pursue knowledge & growth. Excited to pursue securities and insurance licenses;
  • Proven experience as a high performer with high attention to detail;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Word;
  • Completion of CSC considered an asset;
  • Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity;
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills;
  • Post Secondary degree/diploma or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible work experience;
  • Understands and recognizes priorities, deadlines and has a sense of urgency;
  • Desire to grow and to expand capabilities and responsibilities.
