Our company is looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Train new hires on company policies concerning job duties and safety procedures while at work;
  • Track, measure and report status and resolve arising discrepancies to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Develop and implement shipping and receiving needs (materials, equipment, paper works, etc.);
  • Coordinate with responsible departments to ensure timely delivery and shipping of goods;
  • Train other warehouse personnel on proper operations of logistics solutions, including labelling, barcoding, tagging, and tracking accurately;
  • Supervise loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipment of products;
  • Review all customized shipping labels and details accordingly prior to stocking or shipping;
  • Establish and implement work priorities for all warehouse and logistics staff at the beginning of the shift;
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure safe handling of all packages and warehouse needs;
  • Analyze monthly department budgeting and certain accounting reports to maintain control of expenditure;
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to Production Manager;
  • Ensure proper company warehouse and supply-chain procedures are followed (excluding accounting);
  • Resolve any scheduling-related issues (including last-minute changes) in a timely manner ensuring seamless shipping and distribution operations;
  • Assist in requisition of materials and supplies for the department;
  • Coordinate and process overall warehouse inventory procedures.

Requirements:

  • Good English language skills;
  • Experience using MS Office applications,
  • Ability to excel working in an extremely fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills;
  • Secondary School Diploma;
  • Knowledge of the global logistics and transportation industry;
  • Hig h-school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent knowledge in food production and manufacturing industry;
  • Proficient knowledge of English language (written and oral);
  • Excellent understanding of local and international freight procedures;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory or managerial role working in warehouse and distribution logistics in a fast-paced environment;
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse and logistics coordination and supervision;
  • High School Diploma.
