VP, Growth Solutions Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a VP, Growth Solutions to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and deliver short and long term financial plan, including P&L ownership;
- Oversee practice operations, including performance strategy/planning, client service and delivery;
- Develop Canada business strategy, including local positioning, partnerships, capabilities and financial plan;
- Act as network thought leader and strategic partner in Canada for all performance marketing initiatives;
- Define and drive new business, including strong focus on existing media agency business and network clients;
- Partner with US practice to ensure consistent approach, knowledge share and growth/costs.
Requirements:
- Strategic thinker who can operationalize a plan ;
- Transparent with a high degree of integrity, self aware and self accountable ;
- Multi discipline analytics fluency, including CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), attribution, digital marketing/affiliate tracking and analytics;
- Highly entrepreneurial with proven history of establishing and building new practice/team/company, either as entrepreneur or intrapreneur;
- P&L management and managing business to budget;
- Proven collaborator, must partner with other company leaders to drive success;
- Deep understanding of and comfort with CPL, CPA, CPS remuneration models;
- Strong new business track record, expert at building relationships with senior level executives.
