Requirements:

  • Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify recruitment challenges and develop effective solutions
