Our company is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing SQL scripting knowledge to identify and resolve schema related issues;
  • application mapping;
  • assisting with data collection analysis;
  • Researching system issues when there are service outages;
  • scheduling of server builds and migration;
  • Coordinating with Renters Insurance Account Managers and client representatives to install program upgrades and enhancements;
  • Installing webserver & database elements during initial client implementation;
  • Provide Tier-2 & Tier-3 support for all technical issues relating to the Yardi Renters Insurance division.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency developing and using spreadsheets and other standard software packages;
  • Friendly enthusiastic self-starter and strong team player;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, content management systems, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign;
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks;
  • Ability to participate in training efforts for new employees;
  • Experience with Databases, specifically queries and report writing; especially in the following programs: SQL, Oracle, Crystal, Adobe;
  • Experience with Real Estate software applications; especially the following: Yardi, CTI, MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, Great Plains a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Exchange;
  • Three (3) to six (6) years of relevant job experience; with at least two (2) years of experience in customer service;
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server including install, configuration and maintenance for 2008, 2012 and 2016 server;
  • Aptitude to recognize and maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive and confidential information;
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on all new features of applications used by division;
  • Ability to treat all employees and clients with respect and dignity.
