Sr. Recruiter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, online databases, networking, email, job boards, referrals and cold-calling;
- Effectively coordinate with hiring managers and candidates during the entire recruitment process;
- Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and sourcing passive candidate networks throughout various markets;
- Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and negotiation;
- Manage client relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process;
- Update internal applicant tracking system with candidate informationGuide and assist top notch/top talent throughout the recruitment/hiring process;
- Responsible for quarterly & annual revenue benchmarks and associated performance indicators;
- Maintain and build relationships with client companiesEngage with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals.
Requirements:
- 4+ Yrs of exp in Information Technology Recruitment;
- Mandatory: Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields.
