Responsibilities:
- Educate end users of Salesforce how to navigate around Salesforce to find information and self service;
- ADHOC reports requests – capture requirements, manage expectations and build;
- Develop user acceptance testing – create use cases, performing test, documentation and lead efforts to resolution;
- Partner with CMA and Field Sales team to design, deploy and support regional reporting in Salesforce;
- Validate serviceable footprint from address to property. Identified issue, actively lead work with address maintenance to resolve.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations to all levels of the organization;
- Strong analytical skills, investigative strengths and planning skill with an excellent attention to detail and follow up skills;
- Strong organizational, data, analytical, financial and problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends;
- Excellent communication skills, including problem resolution, facilitation, and consensus building;
- Post-secondary education preferably in data and market analytics;
- Proficient in all MS Office applications;
- Proactive, results-driven, innovative and an exceptional team player;
- Highly creative, self-motivated, organized and able to work independently and in a team setting;
- 5+ years’ experience in The Telco industry.
