Our company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training for new customers where required;
  • Collaborates with Sales Teams to identify and uncover prospect and customer business goals, needs and pains;
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc;
  • Identifies opportunities for data and business system integration to enhance platform stickiness;
  • Builds working knowledge of competing products (both direct and adjacent) and how to technically sell against them;
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs;
  • Territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting;
  • Partners with a Sales team to grow the territory/account base to attain financial objectives with a focus on the enterprise data center requirements;
  • This job represents a balanced technical sales effort of compute, network product and services knowledge and selling skills;
  • Understands customers’ business and enterprise solutions requirements;
  • Understands customers’ business and storage solutions requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in other languages is a definite asset;
  • You wrote the book on attention to detail;
  • Creative, analytical thinker that does not assume status quo;
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role in a software company;
  • Egoless, you focus on and do a great job of any given task without complaint;
  • Self-Starter, you can see around corners and can make things happen on your own;
  • Driven, you are keen on being a success in whatever you do;
  • Bachelor degree or above. Major in Computer;
  • Being persistent in solving problems and work in a well-organized way;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication capacity and skill. Creative pro-active, independent, studious, and have strong analytical skills;
  • Teamwork and will consult colleagues;
  • Accepting a certain frequency of domestic and foreign business trips;
  • Superior presentation skills in front of all levels of the customer Organization;
  • Background in technology presales or sales coupled with hands on technical experience.
