Our company is looking for a Senior Pension Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in plan design reviews including, analysis/analytics, benchmarking and costing;
  • Responsible for various projects including, bonus allocation process, benefit and pension re-enrolment, annual Wellness initiatives and vendor RFP’s;
  • Oversee the disability pension process, working closely with HR Business partners, Insurer and 3rd party doctors.

Requirements:

  • Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages;
  • Proficiency with MS Office;
  • Strong relationship management to effectively consult, negotiate and influence solutions with individuals at all levels of the organization;
  • Customer centric by being responsive and collaborative with a continued focus on the member experience;
  • 4-5+ years progressive experience within Pension administration, specifically with both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans;
  • Certification in CEBS, preferred;
  • Solutions oriented with a proven track record for delivering results;
  • Post-secondary degree with preference given to Business Management with a focus in Human Resources Management;
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in an environment with multiple deadlines/changing priorities.
