Senior Financial Analyst – Sales Finance Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Sales Finance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Key finance business partner supporting Customer Teams, including the Walmart, Costco and Amazon teams;
- Ensure work is done with a strong compliance mindset, in line with SOX and J&J worldwide procedures requirements;
- Support Finance and Sales organization to deliver on the Sales and Trade Investment targets by account team;
- Provide financial leadership to manage trade investment and deliver on Customer Joint Value Creation partnership;
- Champion continuous process improvements including system updates and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven time management skills and able to multi-task effectively;
- Process design/improvement experience is an asset;
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and application of technical accounting knowledge;
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required;
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) is an asset;
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity;
- Ability to present complex information and analysis in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong Excel skills; SAP experience an asset;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and/or Finance role;
- Demonstrates leadership skills and able to work effectively as part of a team;
- Strong customer focus;
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization including senior management;
- Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience is highly desirable.
