SAP Functional Analyst – Basis Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a SAP Functional Analyst – Basis Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- S/4HANA experience strongly preferred;
- Maintain communications and report progress of the project with all stakeholders;
- Should be able to build and maintain the BASIS system independently;
- Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients;
- Acting as the primary point of contact in resolving any testing issues;
- Availability after hours and weekend for time sensitive cutover tasks;
- Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and process focused;
- Required Extensive hands-on SAP systems experience with lifecycle implementations and/or post-go live support;
- Working closely and coordinating activities with project technical lead;
- Experience in the SAP process for logging issues and applying recommended changes;
- Required Ability to consult with customers and team members on issues and requests that requires the implementation or creation of custom solution;
- Creates SAP technology roadmap that defines current technical architectures, future architectures, and the evolution for transition for all projects;
- Attending all related status meeting and provide detailed updates on progress and any delays/risks;
- Provides advanced SAP Basis technical expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of SAP solutions to support Company’s business;
- Successful completion of several SAP S4/HANA enhancement and service pack upgrades.
