Our company is looking for a SAP Change Management Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You support business leaders in the design and definition of organizational structures and the roles within them;
  • You collaborate with business leaders and guide them to develop change management activities;
  • You evaluate individual and organizational readiness;
  • You drive change management initiatives across multiple business areas;
  • You coach, support, and engage change sponsors, agents, and champions;
  • You determine training needs and support the design and delivery of training programs in relation to projects;
  • You recommend organizational change solutions, and the interdependencies and timing of change initiatives across the organization through analysis;
  • You define metrics that can be used to measure success and track change progress;
  • You support the creation and delivery of communications in relation to projects and change initiatives;

  • You have relevant post-secondary education along with a certification from a recognized Change Management program;

  • You have a strong familiarity with Agile methodology;
  • You possess the ability to step in and determine actions and next steps with minimum instruction;
