Our company is looking for a Project Manager- Consumer Insights to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a troubleshooter and problem-solver throughout lifecycle of the project – being proactive and solutions-oriented at all times;
  • Obtains all survey materials necessary and advises on format required – questionnaire, images, video files;
  • Manages Client Service and Research Director expectations with regard to timing and cost;
  • Supports general corporate strategic initiatives as assigned;
  • Independently manages a variety of studies with varying methodologies – e.g. online, onsite;
  • Tests programmed survey to ensure it meets specifications of questionnaire document provided by Research Director;
  • Is quick to identify issues requiring escalation, and addressing as appropriate;
  • Provides regular Project Status updates to Research Director;
  • Coordinates pre-test when applicable to test for Incidence and Completion Rates, problem areas and potential execution challenges;
  • Thoroughly reviews all project specifications with internal Client Service and Research Director contacts at beginning of each project;
  • Conducts questionnaire document review prior to survey programming – providing design feedback, identifying concerns, suggesting improvements;
  • Ensures work is delivered with highest level of quality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning;
  • Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Understands panels; particularly online sampling panels;
  • Strong teamwork ethic with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information;
  • Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly;
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines;
  • Understands sampling methodology, incidence, quotas, and response rates;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Robust problem-solving skills; solutions-focused in approach;
  • Knowledge of all research methods; particularly online research;
  • An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service focus.
