Our company is looking for a Orion – Manager, Strategy & Partnerships to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial reporting and forecasting of client activity;
  • Actively participate in staff performance reviews and other involvement where needed;
  • Liaise with other IPG companies where appropriate;
  • Collaborate on internal strategy development for clients and to ensure client expectations are met, while balancing needs of the agency;
  • Manage and develop staff through agency’s training and education programs;
  • Prepare, validate and deliver Trade Credit Usage reports to all Orion client teams, both internal as well as external;
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day client deliverables and prioritization of projects across departments while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
  • Act as Orion advocate to ensure client teams are fully educated on all Orion capabilities and understand the Orion model;
  • Actively participate in management meetings, committee work and corporate projects;
  • Writing and delivering presentations where needed (internally and externally).

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills;
  • Experience with direct client contact and nurturing a client relationship;
  • Proven ability to approach obstacles with creativity and resolve;
  • Solid fiscal management experience and analytical skills, including math proficiency;
  • Results oriented mindset and a willingness to be hands-on with a high attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
