Our company is looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring high-quality users using Digital Marketing best practices at the lowest rates possible;
- Owning everything relating to bringing in new users into our games and keeping them within our Player Network;
- Growing the player overlap between our games so that our players are highly engaged with all Magmic products;
- Work with the VP of Games to plan User Acquisition strategy, tactics, and execution;
- Planning & executing Magmic’s mobile game launch activities in a fun, creative, and engaging ways;
- Building relationships with a host of digital marketing companies to secure the best deals for Magmic.
Requirements:
- Experience with SQL and writing queries;
- Intimate understanding and knowledge of Performance Marketing metrics and how to interpret them;
- Experience with extrapolating actionable information from a mound of data;
- University degree in Mathematics or Marketing;
- Independent, hardworking, proactive, intelligent, and extremely analytical;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Performance Marketing role.
