Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and tax regulations in various countries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, managers, and external partners across different cultures and languages
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other relevant systems and tools
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job duties
